Our Dance Company is designed for students who want to take a step further in their artistic development and experience dance from a professional perspective. We offer advanced stage training that combines high-level technical classes, professional repertoire, and intensive performance-focused training.
Each dancer works with a personalized repertoire, adapted to their level, style, and goals. We provide individual rehearsals, specialized coaching, and continuous support from our artistic team to refine technique, interpretation, and stage presence.

The leadership of our school combines experience, passion, and a deep pedagogical vision focused on the artistic and personal growth of each student.
Christian Erazo, Artistic Director, leads the training from a solid stage background. His approach integrates technique, creativity, and expression, encouraging students to surpass their limits and develop their own artistic identity.
Natali Pérez, Administrative Director, ensures professional, approachable, and efficient management. Her work creates an organized, safe environment focused on student well-being, allowing learning to flow with clarity and structure.
Together, they form a team that inspires, supports, and elevates the school’s level, ensuring teaching of high human and artistic value.

Awards, Appointments, and Recognitions
In 2025, Christian Erazo López was appointed Coordinator of the American Ballet Academy in Madrid, an achievement that recognizes his career and pedagogical excellence.
Awarded the European Gold Medal for Merit in Work, Christian has established himself as a benchmark of excellence in artistic training and commitment to dance.
Additionally, he is Director of the International Dance, Ballet, and Art Competition – CNAlive, contributing to the promotion and development of dance talent nationally and internationally.
His presence has also been highlighted in international media such as Italian Radio and Television and Antena 3, reinforcing his role as a reference in the dance scene.
Founder, artistic director, and classical ballet teacher, Christian Erazo López is much more than a dance professional: he is a stage creator, talent developer, and an artist who has brought his art to some of Europe’s most emblematic theaters. His passion and dedication represent the soul and excellence of Factory Ballet Madrid.
High-Level Stage Career
- Dancer in the Italian production La Última Danza di Federico Secondo.
- Prominent figure of the Contemporary Classical Ballet of Madrid in works such as The Nutcracker, Carmen, Origen, and The Faun.
- Soloist in iconic roles such as the Bullfighter in Carmen and principal roles in The Nutcracker.
- Selected to perform in an honor gala for Her Majesty Queen Letizia of Spain.
International Presence and Prestigious Stages
- Performances at the Rome Opera House and the Arena of Verona.
- Invited by Spazio Danza Italia to perform the Pas de Deux from Sleeping Beauty.
- Member of Claudio Maganini’s company in Don Quixote and Spartacus.
