Data Collection

Your data is collected by the OWNER.

Personal data refers to any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (Data Subject). An identifiable person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, especially by reference to a name, identification number (DNI, NIF, NIE, passport) or one or more specific elements unique to their physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural, or social identity.

Generally collected data includes: full name, address, email, phone number, birth date, and payment information. Other types of data may be collected, and the User will be informed.

Purpose of Data Processing

The purpose of processing personal data is mainly for the OWNER to manage the relationship with the User, offer products and services according to their interests, improve user experience, and, if applicable, process requests, orders, or inquiries. A commercial profile will be created based on the information provided. No automated decisions will be made based on this profile.

Data will be retained as long as the business relationship exists, unless the User requests deletion, or for the years necessary to comply with legal obligations.

Data is registered in the client file, which is recorded with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) or the competent authority in the corresponding autonomous community. The file name is: Students.

Legal Basis for Processing

• Proper execution or fulfillment of a contract.
• Legitimate interest of the OWNER.
• Consent of the User or client for processing their data.

Recipients of Data

User personal data may be shared with third parties related to the Owner under contract to carry out necessary tasks for account management, without requiring further consent.

Data may also be communicated to authorities if the User has acted against the law or breached the legal notice.

Data may be shared with other companies in the group, if any, for internal administrative purposes.

If certain data is mandatory to access specific website features, the OWNER will indicate this when collecting User data.

Requests will be processed within 1 month, extendable to 2 months for complexity or high volume, without prejudice to the duty to retain certain data legally.

Additionally, users can organize the fate of their data after death according to data protection regulations.
